Head-Space Gas Chromatography (HS-GC) Analysis of residual solvents (also referred to as Volatile Organic Compounds or VOCs) as well as the volatile terpene constituents of the cannabis plant can be best achieved using Gas Chromatography, with Head-Space sampling.

That's how you could get your response factor for gas-phase ndma. You can't have any cold spots and everything has to be gaseous.
